Finding Location and Amenity Information

This support article includes information on how to find nearby locations and what's available at nearby locations by using the ONE20 app.

When you choose a location, you can view the location amenities like parking, restaurants, showers, and other services that are available at each location.

  1. Tap the Plan option. The Plan screen displays, showing a map of nearby locations. 
  2. Search for a location. For information on how to find a location, go here: Finding Locations and Amenities Near You. Information for the location displays.

Viewing What's Available at a Location

In the location details screen, you can view what each location has to offer. For example, if a location has a restaurant, overnight parking, and showers, the ONE20 app would show you this information. To view what's available at each location, tap the What's Here tab in the location details screen. 

Rating a Location

You can rate locations by giving them a star rating and providing more detailed information on what you think about the location and its amenities. For each location (Example: Love’s Travel Center in Gary, IN), you can assign a rating of one (lowest or worst rating) to five (highest or best rating) stars. Submitting ratings for different locations and location amenities let's you share what was good and bad about your experience so you can help your fellow drivers. Viewing a Location's Hours

In the location details screen, you can view the hours for the location. To do this, tap the arrow next to the daily hours for the location. When you tap on this arrow, the location's hours for every day of the week display. 

Calling a Location

In the location details screen, you can initiate a call to the location. To do this, tap on the Call link. When you tap on the Call link, the app that your device uses to place phone calls opens and initiates a phone call to the location.

Viewing Available Parking at a Location

In the location details screen, you can view how many spots are available at a location. This information displays near the top of the screen. To update parking information that may be out of date, tap the Update option to update the parking availability status. For more detailed information, go here: Finding Available Parking and Submitting a Parking Status.

ParkingIconGreen.png A green Parking icon means that there are several parking spots available.
ParkingIconYellow.png A yellow Parking icon means that there are some parking spots available. 
ParkingIconRed.png A red Parking icons means that there are only a few parking spots available. 
Viewing Reviews and Ratings for a Location

In the location details screen, you can view ratings and reviews that other members have submitted. For more detailed information, go here: Viewing Location Ratings and Reviews.

  

Navigating to a Location

In the location details screen, you can begin to navigate to the location. To do this, tap on the Navigate button. You can then choose to use turn-by-turn, Truck Safe Navigation or Google Maps for navigation. For more detailed information, go here: Using Navigation or Navigating to a Location.

Viewing Deals for a Location

In the location details screen, you can view deals that can be used at the chosen location. When you tap on the Deals tab, all available deals for that location display. For more detailed information, go here: Finding and Using Coupons, Deals, and Discounts.
