Resetting Your Password

This support article includes information on how to reset your account password in the ONE20 app.
  1. Open the ONE20 app on your device. The Join screen displays. 

  1. In the Join screen, tap the I have an account link. The Welcome Back screen displays.

  1. In the Welcome Back screen, tap the Forgot your email or password link. The Forgot Email or Password screen displays.

  1. In the Forgot Email or Password screen, enter the email address that you used to sign up for a ONE20 account into the Email field. This email should be in the following format: "susanmillerone20@gmail.com".

  1. Tap the Request Temporary Password button. ONE20 sends an email to the entered email. If you do not receive this email, check your email's spam folder.
  2. Access the email from ONE20.

  1. In the email, tap the Go to Reset Password link. The Reset Password screen displays.

  1. Enter the following information:
  • Temporary Password: Enter the temporary password that ONE20 sent you in an email. 
  • New Password: Enter a new password that you would like to use for your ONE20 account. This password must be at least six characters that includes at least one number or special character. 
  • Confirm Password: Re-enter the password that you entered into the Confirm Password field. If these fields do not match, the passwords cannot be saved. This password must be at least six characters that includes at least one number or special character.

  1. After the information is entered, tap the Submit button. Your new password is saved and you are taken to the ONE20 app.
