Sharing Your Logs

This article covers how to share your logs with a carrier or fleet account. You can choose to give others access to view or view and edit your logs.
  1. Click the Log Sharing menu option. The Log Sharing screen displays. 
  2. In the Log Sharing screen, click the Share Logs button. The Invite someone to access your logs screen displays. 

  1. Configure this info:
  • Company Name: Enter the name of the company that you would like to have access to your logs. 
  • Email Address: Enter the email address for the company or of a person or representative at the company who you are inviting to access your logs.
  • First: Enter the first name of a person or representative for the company that you are inviting to access your logs.
  • Last: Enter the last name of a person or representative for the company that you are inviting to access your logs. 
  • Company Type: From the drop down, choose the category that best describes the company you entered into the Company Name field. 
  • Carrier DOT #: Enter the DOT number that is assigned to the company you are inviting to access your logs. 
  • Do you operate under the sole authority of this Carrier?
    • Yes: Choose this option if you operate under the sole authority of the carrier you're inviting to access your logs. This means that you only drive for this carrier. 
    • No: Choose this option if you do not operate under the sole authority of the carrier you're inviting to access your logs. This means that you do not only drive for this carrier. 
  • What kind of log access do they need?
    • View only: Choose this option if you would like the carrier to only be able to view your logs. This means they cannot edit your logs.
    • View and edit: Choose this option if you would like the carrier to be able to view and edit your logs. 
  • When do they need access to your logs?
    • Start Date: Enter the date that you would like the carrier to start having access to your logs. 
    • End Date: Enter the date that you would like the carrier to stop having access to your logs. 
  1. Enable the I understand that... option. 
  2. Click the Send Invite button. The carrier receives an invitation to access your logs.
