Activating Your Tablet

This support article covers how to activate your Samsung Tab E on the ONE20 Wireless network.

Before you can use your Samsung Tab E device on the ONE20 Wireless network, you must activate your tablet. 

  1. Go to the ONE20 activation portal. You can do this by tapping the Activate MY ONE20 link on your tablet or by going to this URL: https://activate.one20.com

The ONE20 activation portal displays. 

  1. Enter your information into these fields:

 

Subscription Plans

  • Choose Your Subscription Plan: From the drop down, choose the subscription plan that you purchased from ONE20 Wireless. The subscription plan that you purchase determines the type of service that you receive from ONE20 Wireless on your tablet. 

 

Username and Password

  • Your Email Address: Enter the email address that you would like to use with your ONE20 Wireless account. This email address will be used as your username to log into your ONE20 Wireless account. 
  • Enter a Password: Enter a password that you would like to use to access your ONE20 Wireless account. This value must be at least six characters. You can use numbers, letters, some special characters, and spaces. Special characters and spaces are not required. 
  • Re-Enter Password: Re-enter the value that you entered into the Enter a Password field. If these values do not match, your information cannot be saved. 

 

Your Payment Information

The credit card that information that is entered into the fields below will be used to pay for your ONE20 Wireless monthly payments. 

  • Name on the Card: Enter the full name that displays on your credit card. 
  • Credit Card Number: Enter the full credit card number that displays on your credit card. 
  • Billing Address: Enter the billing address that you use with your credit card and associated accounts. For example: "1234 Main Street West".
  • City: Enter the city that you use with your credit card and associated accounts. For example: "Chicago". 
  • State: From the drop down, choose the state that you use with your credit card and associated accounts. For example: "Illinois - IL". 
  • Zip: Enter the zip code that you use with your credit card and associated accounts. For example: "60613". 
  • Card Expires: From the drop downs, choose the month and year that your card expires. This value displays on your credit card. 

 

Your Mailing Address

The information that is entered into the fields below should be for the mailing address at which you'll receive and operate any of your ONE20 Wireless equipment.

  • Check here to use your payment information: Enable this option if you would like the system to automatically enter the information that you entered into the Your Payment Information section into the Your Mailing Address section. 
  • Company Name: Enter the name of your company. Please note that this field is optional.
  • Full Name: Enter your full name, including your first and last name. For example: "Susan Miller". 
  • Your Address: Enter your full address. For example: "1234 Main Street West". 
  • City: Enter the city for your mailing address. For example: "Chicago". 
  • State: Enter the state for your mailing address. For example: "Illinois - IL". 
  • Zip: Enter the zip code for your mailing address. For example: "60613". 
  • Billing Contact Phone #: Enter your phone number. 

 

Terms and Conditions

  • I have read the terms and conditions and I agree: Review the terms and conditions text and enable this option. Note that you must review and agree to the terms and conditions before your entered information can be saved. 
  1. After all of your information is complete, click the Register button. Note that when all of your information is correctly entered into the fields, the Incomplete button changes to a Register button. When the registration is successfully completed, the Successful dialog displays.

  1. In the Successful dialog, click the OK button. The Login screen displays. If the Login screen does not automatically display, go here: https://one20.revxsystems.com/login.php.

  1. In the Login screen, enter your information into these fields:
  • Your Email Address: Enter the email address that you associated with your ONE20 Wireless account. For example: "susanmillerone20@gmail.com". 
  • Password: Enter the password that you set up when you created your ONE20 Wireless account. 
  1. After your information is entered, click the Login button. You are logged in and your account information displays. 

  1. Scroll to the Activate a New ONE20 Device Here section. The section displays. 

  1. In the Activate a New ONE20 Device Here section, enter your information into the fields below. You can find your tablet's IMEI and ICCID numbers on a sticker that is placed on the box that your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E is purchased in.

  • IMEI: Your IMEI number is included on a sticker that is placed on the box that your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E is purchased in. On this sticker, there will be a field that looks like this: "IMEI: 123456789123456789". Enter the number that displays on your tablet's sticker into this field. 

  • ICCID: Your ICCID number is included on a sticker that is placed on the box that your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E is purchased in. On this sticker, there will be a field that looks like this: "ICCID: 23456789123456789." Enter the number that displays on your tablet's sticker into this field. 

  1. After your information is entered, click the Activate button. After you click the Activate button, ONE20 is notified that you have completed your portion of the activation process. After ONE20 is notified, it will complete its portion of the activation process. 
  2. After ONE20 completes its portion of the activation process for your device, you will receive an email from ONE20, indicating that your tablet is now active. Please note that this process can take up to 24 hours. 

  1. Refresh your My Account page. When your tablet is activated, your device will show as "Active." 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not click the Active button. 

  1. Restart your device. Note that restarting your device is required for your device to be fully activated. To restart your device, press and hold on the Power button. 

After you press and hold the Power button, the options below display.

  1. Tap the Restart option. The screen below displays.

  1. Tap the Restart button. Your device restarts.
