Disabling Location Services

This support article covers how disable the location services setting on your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E.

When you purchase a ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E, the device comes with location services automatically enabled. Enabling this setting on your device ensures that all applications and features on your device that use GPS, Wi-Fi, and mobile networks have the permissions they need to function as designed. If the Location setting is disabled on your device, you will not be able to use all of the application's features because disabling this setting limits the functionality of many applications. More specifically, turning off the Location setting will prevent the My ONE20 app from giving you accurate truck-safe navigation, deals, and information for locations near you.

The information below describes how to disable the Location settings on your Android tablet. Please note that ONE20 does not recommend changing this setting.

  1. On your device, tap the Settings app. The Settings screen displays.
