Tablet Activation Troubleshooting

This article includes solutions to potential issues that may come up when you activate your ONE20 Wireless tablet.

Incomplete Activation

Before your tablet can be fully activated, every step in the tablet activation process must be completed. For detailed information on the full tablet activation process, go here: Activating Your Tablet.

Tablet Wasn't Restarted

If you have completed the Activating Your Tablet steps and your tablet is still not fully activated, you may need to restart your tablet. To restart your tablet, follow the steps included below. 

  1. Press and hold on the Power button. 

After you press and hold the Power button, the options below display.

  1. Tap the Restart option. The screen below displays.

  1. Tap the Restart button. Your device restarts. 

Incomplete Fields

When you're activating your tablet, you may miss entering values into fields in the ONE20 Wireless activation portal. When you miss a field, the missing field is highlighted in red. You must enter information into all required fields before your entered activation information can be saved. Incorrect Billing/Payment Info

Before your tablet can be fully activated, you must have accurate, up-to-date billing information entered into the activation portal. For detailed information on how to view your billing information and update your payment information, go here:

IMEI or ICCID Wasn't Entered During Activation

If you receive the error dialog that is shown below when you are activating your tablet, you did not enter your IMEI or ICCID number when activating.

To enter a missing IMEI or ICCID number into your ONE20 Wireless account, follow these steps:

  1. Begin the ONE20 Wireless activation process. For detailed information on how to do this, go here: Activating Your Tablet.

  2. Scroll to the Activate a New ONE20 Device Here section. The My Services and Equipment section displays. 

  1. In the Activate a New ONE20 Device Here section, enter your information into the fields below. You can find your tablet's IMEI and ICCID numbers on a sticker that is placed on the box that your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E is purchased in.

  • IMEI: Your IMEI number is included on a sticker that is placed on the box that your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E is purchased in. On this sticker, there will be a field that looks like this: "IMEI: 123456789123456789". Enter the number that displays on your tablet's sticker into this field. 

  • ICCID: Your ICCID number is included on a sticker that is placed on the box that your ONE20 Wireless Samsung Tab E is purchased in. On this sticker, there will be a field that looks like this: "ICCID: 23456789123456789." Enter the number that displays on your tablet's sticker into this field. 

  1. After your information is entered, click the Activate button.
  2. Save the information by clicking the Save button.
